We want you to love your glasses as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day risk-free return and exchange policy on all orders. If your frames aren't the perfect fit, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for a full refund or a seamless swap.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid USPS or UPS shipping label to download and print at your convenience.

Pack Your Frames

Place the glasses and their original protective case inside a secure shipping box, then attach the prepaid label to the outside of the package.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
